Georgia Dermatology Center and Medical Spa provides an array of state-of-the-art cosmetic skin care treatments. Some of the options available to Dr. Gross’s dermatology patients include laser skin rejuvenation, body contouring, vein therapy, laser hair removal, permanent cosmetics, microdermabrasion, facials and peels. Georgia Dermatology also offers Botox®, ®Dysport, and injectable fillers including Juvederm®, Artefill®, Sculptra®, Selphyl™, Radiesse®, and FAMI, fat transfer.

Patients can also receive a variety of minimally invasive surgical procedures that can improve areas of the body and reduce signs of aging. Cool Lipo, laser assisted liposuction, Adominoplasty (tummy tuck), S-Lift mini face lift, and Blepheroplasty (upper lid lift) are among the procedures Dr. Gross regularly performs. All these procedures are performed in-office under local anesthesia and most procedures can be performed in under 2 hours. Most patients experience minimal downtime and often return to their busy schedules quickly.
